HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Every Metayantra Pranic Device (MPD) is masterfully handmade, we DON'T do mass production, this way we can truly put all our love and best intention on each creation. 

Our team of artisans will start creating your MPDs once your order is confirmed, creating time is approximately 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a notification once all items in your order have been created, and your order has shipped.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

• We ship from Mexico City.
• We offer Free Worldwide shipping through Mexico Postal Service Agency.
• Depending on Destination Country, Air Cargo Availability, Customs Clearance and other factors completly out of our control, Free Worldwide Shipping may take from 10 to 30 business days approximately.
• We also offer at an extra cost other Carrier Options for faster delivery time.
• Shipping charges for your order (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the shipping option you have selected.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Metayantra is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven't received your order within the maximum number of days according to your selected shipping option, please contact us at ventas@metayantra.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

In most cases, shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes as it can only receive mail that is delivered through the USPS and the size of packages accepted at P.O. Box is also limited. In order to avoid extra charges by the selected Carrier, it is the Customer's responsibility to confirm the eligibility of delivery to P.O. Box before the order is shipped.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 calendar days after delivery, all refund requirements listed in our Refund Policy must be met, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ventas@metayantra.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Mind, Matter, Spirit and Intuition

The Four Directions in the Anahuaca Civilization.

Nahui Ollin, Symbol safrado for this ancient civilization, geometry formed by 4 points, and at the center of it a fifth element.

• The Spirit: To the north, the Mictlampa, dark place of eternal stillness and rest, from there we are assisted by our ancestors who forged our culture, from whom they give their advice to achieve transcendence in this life. In the Toltecayotl (ancient Anahuaca philosophy) it is related to the part from the waist to the head of the human being, which symbolizes Heaven, which in turn is represented with the bird of the most beautiful plumage, the Quetzal, together these symbols are associated with the Spirit.
• Matter: To the south, the Huitztlampa. In the Toltecayotl it is related to the waist to the feet, which symbolizes the Earth, which in turn, is represented by the serpent that crawls over Mother Earth and that in the Nahuatl language is named Cóatl and made reference to the material.

Quetzalcoatl: Communion between Spirit and Matter

Quetzalcoatl represents a high level of consciousness, the quetzal is the symbol of the spirit, the bird that overcomes gravity, the serpent is the symbol of matter, the animal that crawls over the material world and where it exercises its power. Quetzalcoatl represents EQUILIBRIUM. The huehuetlahtolli, are the advices that Quetzalcoatl left to his people before leaving and that make much emphasis in the rectitude, the humility and, of course, in the balance.

• Intuition: To the east, the Tlahuiztlampa, "direction of the place of the dawn", is the point from where the advice of the ancestors is received, and it is through them that we connect with Quetzalcoatl, this guardian ascends all our creative energy up to the suprasensible worlds, it is represented by the atecocolli (snail), symbol of constant evolution, its greatest manifestation is the primordial ray of light, which shows the mysteries of the universe and teaches the correct way of living to become a true macehualli (a deserved man) on this earth, on the tlalticpac, the place where reality is changing and perishable in the world. In the toltecayotl it is related to the left hemisphere of the brain, which was called "nahual", which is associated to the lunar part, passive, humid, invisible and above all to the use of "intuition".
• The Reason: To the west, the Cihuatlampa, "from the place of women", is where it is believed that women who die during childbirth go to heaven to the place where the sun sets. In the toltecayotl it is related to the right hemisphere of the brain called "tonal", which is associated with the solar, masculine, active, dry, visible and above all to the use of "reason" to perceive the world.
