HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?
Every Metayantra Pranic Device (MPD) is masterfully handmade, we DON'T do mass production, this way we can truly put all our love and best intention on each creation.
Our team of artisans will start creating your MPDs once your order is confirmed, creating time is approximately 1 week (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification once all items in your order have been created, and your order has shipped.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?
- We ship from Mexico City.
- We offer Free Worldwide shipping through Mexico Postal Service Agency.
- Depending on Destination Country, Air Cargo Availability, Customs Clearance and other factors completly out of our control, Free Worldwide Shipping may take from 10 to 30 business days approximately.
- We also offer at an extra cost other Carrier Options for faster delivery time.
- Shipping charges for your order (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the shipping option you have selected.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Metayantra is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within the maximum number of days according to your selected shipping option, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
In most cases, shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes as it can only receive mail that is delivered through the USPS and the size of packages accepted at P.O. Box is also limited. In order to avoid extra charges by the selected Carrier, it is the Customer's responsibility to confirm the eligibility of delivery to P.O. Box before the order is shipped.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 7 calendar days after delivery, all refund requirements listed in our Refund Policy must be met, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
