I received my ionizer today and while I normally love all of your items this one was a disappointment. While the craftsmanship was there , this was made incorrectly and now I have to figure out how to get this rectified. My item came with no citrine inside as well as no blue or red led lights as advertised. Mine came with all green lights instead. I’m sad I waited over a month only to be saddened that this has fallen short of my expectations .
Hi! I think we already worked this out! If not please let us know, the led lights are only to verify the item is working, the color varies, but the UV leds are not visible to the naked eye. Blessings!
